99 ram headlight assy. where to purchase???

Two things. First I need headlight assy for 99 ram. where is best place to buy? (number two. I topped off my radiator with 50/50 antifreeze. now all I get is cold air from blower. Eng gets hot enough to provide heat. Everything seems to work but I get no heat.

As far as the heat goes, are the heater hoses disconnected. vacuum lines plugged or leaking, line from the vacuum reservoir broken off at firewall

I bought a kit to do the headlight lens fog problem on my 98 1500 and found that inside the lenses is wet. Does the lens come off to dry this out or do the lenses / lights need to be replaced? Thanks in advance, Art
