Good Morning! I am new to the forum and I believe that I am posting on the correct board. I have a 2010 Ram 2500 ST 4X4 with a 5.7L Hemi. I am trying to determine why my condenser fan is not being triggered to turn on what switch triggers it. I know that if I hot wire the fan it will come on so that tells me that the fan is good but the relay, or thermostatic switch is not working. I have located the relay but the voltage doesn't appear correct. I am trying to find out what voltages should be at the relay and if there is a thermostatic switch in the circuit and where it might be. I found the fan problem when my A/C began to warm up at stop lights. My understanding is that when ever i turn the A/C on, the electric fan should turn on as well, but that is not happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
