decided to change my control arm design. Now using 2” OD 1/4” Wall DOM Tubing. 1.25-12 SPC A-Axis joints that flex 10° more than Johhny joints, and are sealed. Weld in bungs have a hex nut machined into them, so they are adjustable while mounted on the truck.
Both ends of the arms use sealed flex joints. All weld in bungs are fully Tig welded for the best penetration and strength.
Sand blasted, zinc primered, then powder coated to prevent rust from rock chips.
Can’t get any stronger than these arms.

Are you considering doing a long arm kit for those new bars since you're already doing a 12" lift ??

Yes it’s goint to be a long arm kit. Still deciding how I want to make frame mounts.
Waiting for my 8 bolt 20x12 hostile sprocket wheels to arrive, so I can set ride height.
