The adjustable rod end joints have 3" of adjustment, but different amounts of lift arms will be different overall lengths.
TIG, easy to see that from the weld pics. Dimes vs glob.It was unclear. Did you use a tig welder, or a mig welder?

Ok good, because the first 48 times you said “tig welded” instead of just welded like a normal human being was a little unclear. Thanks for specifying!Grunt fab arms are fully tig welded.
What application is this lower control arm designed for?
You developed a nice robust but adjustable link and added more flexibility in the joint , so I’d presume lifted extreme off-road.
Also, not to be devil's advocate but the diameter of the rod stud presents a strength concern when you start getting further away from the eye.

Will be available in July. You want some true real world northern testing? I’m from the far northern Ontario region where we hit -55 Celsius for over a week straight and regularly -40 Celsius for months. We also salt the roads here like it’s going out of style.
Flow me a pair and I’ll do some harsh testing and tell everyone where I got them. Haha for real though when will they be available?
