Hlmm, I know there are adjustment screws on the side towards the grill on an 08 but not sure on an 04. Bump for anyone who knows.

i could only see 1 adjustment screw and it was on the inside of the light toward the grill, couldnt see any other ones

isnt there usually 2? 1 or the up and down adjustment and 1 for the side to side?

Yep, just one star screw behind the inner rubber flaps next to the headlights that contrary to popular belief, adjust up and down. As you adjust up the beam broadens and as you adjust down the beam narrows automatically ever so slightly.

some 02-05 lights have an adjuster on the bottom too. But, up/down is cared for (as mentioned) by the one on the side of the light.

here ya go, just pull back the rubber seal thingy and it's right in the center, screw sits back in there.

I've also seen them come off of the bolt in the headlight (not an easy fix). if you put your hand on the back of headlight and push the "bowl" does it move easily?
