Advise please.

I don't have time to read all these threads. I'm working 70+ hours a week.
I have a 2010 ram 5.7 mds and recently had cam failure at 210k. I bought a full kit from eBay with cam, lifters, gaskets, etc. My mechanic replaced it all and now it starts and runs fine until it reaches full operating temp. At that point all the lifters fall on their face. Sounds about like a diesel engine! Is it possible I could have gotten an entire set of bad lifters? I'm not a mechanic but it seems like a stretch for the whole set to be bad! Any advice? Please and thank you!

The most common issue from cam installation in mistakes with rods, I can safely say the lifters are fine if they are correct. Can you post a youtube? At warm idle and at rpm's where you describe this? Put recording device under engine. Did you take it back to mechanic? So lubegard biotech 6 bucks or redline 5w30 are proven tick killers, they may or may not help with this one.

I feel for you man, the wife is working a hard 70 right now, it aint fer *******.

If it is bent, you need to replace sooner rather then later, and I wouldn't put the hammer down until you figure it out.
