I am still thinking it is the front o2s. Either they are bad, or getting bad reading from the open headers and shutting down the pcm

Next potential culprit would be the o2s. Check to make sure white wires aren't crossed

Crossed wires could explain why nick has almost the exact opposite LTFT's that I do with the same cam and headers.

Good deal man! Like said earlier check the white wires to see if they've been crossed during the lengthening process. You can stick one probe of the multimeter in the connector of the wire you want to check but the other end by the sensor you will have to get to the wire itself. I usually do this by stabbing a straight pin/safety pin in the wire and place the probe on the pin.

Actually thinking about it you might want to check all the wires on the O2, it could be a bad crimp(if you're using connectors instead of solder), happens sometimes, happened to me more then a few times. You might have done the white wires correctly and they check out okay, but the gray or black wire has a bad crimp and you don't know about it.

if it was me, i'd do it right and solder it and wrap it with heat shrink. you dont need the elements getting into that crimp and jacking things up.

Agreed. Crimping just isn't going to cut it on something like the O2's. Solder is the only way to go.

soldering is real easy bro, just make sure not to heat the wires up so much they start to melt the insulator. and use the continuity tester on the multimeter to check all fuses ive seen fuses that look good but when tested are bad....food for thought
