A spark is an understatement. The wrench bridged a header bolt and the positive bolt on the starter. Nick didn't realize they were touching. More than a minute later, the wrench was glowing red ands several wires looked to be melted.

Take some pics of the wiring around the headers. Or a video

Let's see a pic of the wires nick. If they are melted that could very well be the problem.

the fact that its not is an issue. are you just looking for a cel or are you actually checking?

other than pulling the valve covers, check the fuses and wires again and see where they go to and see if any of them look like they melted together, lso check the starter and see if there are any wires that look burnt or melted or like they have been arching. After that I am out of ideas.

You SHOULD be throwing a code for the missing rear O2s though.
