I agree with the 2 white wires on the o2 . I had this issue one is a heat sending wire one is a power . I had mine crossed when i did a extension and the truck idled like crap but on WOT ran fine . So i got out the multimeter and checked sure as **** they were crossed and runs fine now .

Pull the valve covers and check the pushrods. It won't take long and I still think that would explain why it ran fine the first two times you ran it then started running like crap.

I pulled the tune off my truck to see what would happen (someone mentioned tune earlier) and the sidewinder still idled and ran with no tune at all. Just and FYI.

You're going to have to do like some others said and start a troubleshooting checklist. Then just go through and start eliminating things until you get it figured out. It sucks but that might be the only way to find the problem.

Take off the valve covers and if one is popped out then loosen the rocker arm assembly pop the pushrod back into place and spin the motor over to verify the pushrods are seated. You can remove one plug per cylinder to make spinning the motor easy.

ok just making sure. when you say spin the motor, you mean rotate it with the crankbolt? if so that means i need to take of the clutch fan and radiator again?

No you should be able to at least access it from below and maybe have someone check and make sure they're seated. You might be able to do this from the top but it's likely to be a tight fit.
