Hey guys, I have a 2013 Longhorn with the factory air suspension and love my stock 20x9 rims with the gold inserts. I've hated the stock Michelin tires ever since I got it because they look so short and narrow at 275/60/20. And I'm not sure what the offset of those factory rims are...
My ultimate question is, what is the widest and tallest tire I can mount on the stock rims? I'm happy to go with or without spacers etc for offset changes, but without modifying the stock air suspension, that will not rub in the normal suspension height or crush the fenders should it kneel for my wife. I'm not concerned about turning lock to lock in the lowest factory setting as I always straighten my wheels before lowering it and won't be maneuvering in that setting, but getting the full turning radius at stock height obviously makes the difference when parking in tight spots.
I know it's a loaded question, but I recognise the limitations with the stock rim offset (which I couldn't find on Google), the 20x9 rim limiting ultimate tire size, the use of spacers to change the offset, no lifting the air suspension, getting full turning radius in standard height setting, and not having the tires stick out past the fenders where they could damage them if kneeled.
Any and all help is appreciated, thank you.
