Hello 4th geners. I have a 2013 ram sport 1500. Getting conflicted information searching online myself so question for you all..

I have factory air suspension. Can I level kit it with links, or any other way? Without converting to a completly different suspension option.

Yes there are link kits for the front and for all four to be able to level, lower and raise the truck.
There are some people that have been able to use AlfaOBD to level front of the truck by recalibrating the front height sensors.

I am using aftermarket links for the front on mine. I’ve also seen others install standard leveling spacers on their rigs even though all of them say “not for air suspension “.

I've had the CFT links for over a year. 15 minutes to install, less than 100 bucks. Easiest way to do it, and no issues at all.

How is the ride? Is it significantly bumpier?

It was no different at all on the stock wheels and tires. I'm on 35 KO/2S now, so it's not as smooth as stock, but I wouldn't call it rough in any way.
I've seen it written by guys that don't have the links that it would make it ride poorly, but I haven't heard it from anyone that has actually uses them.

Thanks. That is often the case which is why I seeked out someone with direct experience.

What made you go with those links? Those are the ones you cut the ball joint off for correct?

Do you run all 4 corners or just fronts?

I’m going to be doing some links of some kind and 35 Duratracs or KO2s soon

Front only. You don't cut anything to do the front. You have to take off the factory link mounts, but they just thread in. Everything can go right back to stock in about 10 minutes. I'm really happy with them.

The factory links just pop off front and rear. The new links pop on the same ball joints as the factory so it's a really easy swap. In the back you thread the links longer for a higher ride height and in the front shorter to increase ride height. I have a set, but I was one of the people that didn't like the change in ride so I have them in an envelope in my tool box in case I lift the truck and still need them. Guys on the rebel forum have used the same spacers as the coil trucks for lift and that leaves all the bag pressures the same and bds has a full 4" kit specifically for air suspension.

Yea. Was just picking his brain on the CFT links. Seen a lot of guys who did build their own and Revel but not much back from CFT guys.

BDS kit is something I’ve considered but I have lifetime warranty and I think anything over 3” voids it which worries me with air suspension.

Thank you for this information. Im a new owner with air ride and want to eventually get 35s or 33s. With your set up on 35s, are you still able to use the different modes with no issues (Aero, entry, OffRoad1 & 2)?

All the modes still work just like always. I don't use any of them, but they are there if I wanted to.

That's good to hear, did you end up having to trim anything out to clear your 35s?

I didn't. I have a little bit of rub at full left lock, but nothing serious
