There is no CSM option for fog light drop out. You just disable it and then it works any time you turn them on.

Found the Front Fog light dropout enable and it works perfectly now. Still no CSMs in the list...

I thought you were able to turn your DRL's on and off in the radio? If you can that is a CSM. What other CSM's are you looking for?

Yeah I was able to get that work by selecting DRL customer enable(I think this is what it was called) = yes and then DRL location = Low Beam and that worked. I really want to get the trailer brake naming but I believe that is a CSM?

Yes the trailer names are in the CSM settings. My truck is a 14 and I have never plugged my AE tool or my alpha tool into a 13 personally but I don't recall anyone with a 13 having any issues with the CSM menu not showing up when they plugged in the AE tool. It was actually the 2014 trucks that didn't show all the settings. The 2013 trucks definitely have Customer Settings on the screens just like the 14 and newer trucks. I honestly think there is a CSM setting menu somewhere in the BCM but I'm not sure why it's not showing up with the tool unless it's somehow configured differently and the tool just doesn't show it. I know 00/RT's truck was a 13 regular cab and he was able to activate the CSM settings for his Auto High Beam, DRL's,Mirror Dimmer ect but I'm not sure exactly what tool he used back then as he was one of the guys that originally figured out alot of the BCM programming.

I also have a 2014 but never had to enable any trailer csm. They were in there to start with. Just had to go into settings on the radio and under trailer choose the preset name. I have options for 4 trailers.

Same here no way to name them from the factory, just Trailers 1-4...

Yes i have the uconnect. If you select one of the four trailers does it then give you the option to name it one of the preset names?

Mine was the same. It had the trailer name feature from the start. The two trucks I have enabled the trailer name option on both had the trailer brake enabled by the dealer after purchase. My truck came with the trailer brake from the factory. I'm not sure if that's why some of them seem to be programed and some are not. My truck originally had the 5.0 radio. I have since upgraded to the 8.4 RA4 and it has always showed on both radios.

I did not have it from the factory on my 8.4 but do now.
Go to.
Active Diagnostics> Car configuration change> Click "Select option" in the
drop down below> About 80% down that list there is one called "Trailer name
CSM". Select it then select value "yes" then start
And now I have it...

Can you unlock the cd player code with this?rh1 I think I saw a cd eject on one of the screen shots weird though as the player will take and eject with out the rhe code.it just doesn't play.plus I don'the know if the code is already in the bcm or if the dealer adds it

The CD player is one code that the dealer seems to be able to add in most cases. My Express came with the CD player but the dealer was able to add it to STecoD's Tradesman. I have looked for it with the alpha tool but I haven't seen anything that looks like it's for the CD player.
