Just in the app.

Bob

Once you connect those choices (both for the control module and the individual features within it) get set to what is applicable to the BCM you are connected to.

So you can see it while browsing the app but once you connect the list will become narrowed down, specific to the vehicle you connected to.

I have been thinking about grabbing the Ram Tazar which will do the nav in-motion disable plus the mirror auto fold plus some other stuff... was hoping it would go on sale for Labor Day but no such luck.

Well, I think the question is still legitimate.

After all, we're still looking for an in motion workaround.

Not trying to put one over on anyone. Just trying to find answers. I poke around inside all the menu options, looking for clues.

I'll report back, with my findings.

Nah.

It's all good.

I've only been experimenting with Alfa a few months. Every time I visit this forum, I learn something new.

A lot of the known good settings also work on my Hellcat, so I do what I can.

I posted up my findings, in the Radio sub menu, hoping to contribute to the discussion. I didn't realize the options change, when Alfa is connected to the car. Makes total sense... and I've learned something new, again.

Anyway, I'll hook up to my car and see if all of the sub menu options appear, to check my hypothesis regarding Nav In Motion.

Looks like there is a new update for the alfa. It says its mostly for the Chrysler Pacifica plus some bug fixes.

Thanks, the developer emailed me and said he would have it fixed this weekend

Did the Alfa update fix our Google Drive issue? The Amazon store didn't get the update until Monday so I haven't played with it yet.

Hi folks, long time lurker now recent member.

Will be making a purchase for alfa very soon and was wondering if anyone has (or is it possible) to energize DRL's on quad headlights to the incandescent signal lights. I do not have projectors.

I will be doing an HID conversion and will be using converted standard headlights from a previous project. I took regular stock headlights and cut out part of the reflector to make room for Morimoto projectors. They worked really well in my previous truck and I want them back in my '16.

I could delete the DRL's altogether and use a DRL module for the signal lights but would rather go through the BCM with alfa.

Not sure if I should have posted on this thread, apologies. didn't have the time to read 837 pages.....o_O

Any help/info much appreciated,

skydog

Yes. Before getting the alpharex projector headlights I used the turn/park as drl's with my quads with a set of switchbacks I had swapped in

Just to throw an idea out there since your opening the headlights to modify them. If came up with something to use a a DRL inside the headlight housing, you could add the dedicated DRL outputs
I thought of doing something similar to you, putting MLED projector inside the OEM Quad housing.
Then I came across the Modifystreet headlights on this forum. I added the dedicated DRL outputs to my truck and have that running the brow lights.
You can get the DRL wiring pigtails from M² Mods

Hello together,

i know this can be the wrong thread but i´ve received no answer in the 2006-2012 tread.

Did anybody get the DRL Voltage Output configured / reduced with success?

I have set my DRL to the Foglights and would have it not so bright to increase the bulb lifetime.

I've changed the DRL voltage from 12 to 6 and from 6 to 4.5 volts without any changes.

The foglights shining brighter then hell emoji849.pngemoji16.png
There are some Philips Bulbs like the Osram Nightbreakers installed.

Greetings from Germany

Crash and 1500, many thanks for the info. That sealed the deal for me!

It's getting harder and harder to keep up with this thread oh, it's so big now!!
Quick question. I've looked through the write-ups and working list and I've also done a search.
Can I access and change tire pressure thresholds on a 2017 2500 ??
For some reason I remember reading there was certain years that required the RF Hub to be replaced or reprogrammed at the dealer.
I changed the threshold on a 2016 with no issues..

Any luck with the "Nav in Motion" ?

Has anybody figured it out yet on the Rams or any other vehicles for that matter?
