When I installed Limited seats into my SLT, I had to enable Driver Memory Mirror and Passenger Memory Mirror for the Memory Seat buttons to work.
The Memory Mirrors do not work but at least the seat and radio station do.
The Easy Exit and Driver Comfort setting both also appear in CSM and work, enabled with A E Tool.
This was done with the A E tool.
I have purchased AlfaOBD - PC version and the OBDLink MX Bluetooth should arrive in the mail this week.

Did your truck already have the correct wiring for the seats or did you have to install a harness?

Got my OBDlink today and using Windows version. Activated tow mirrors. Now trying to add the gridlines for my rearview camera, but getting an error. Rear View Camera Gridlines CSM, options are absent, static, dynamic, static+dynamic. Currently set to absent. I'm getting an error "failed. service not supported in active diagnostic session". Anybody have any ideas?

I also got the "failed. service not supported in active diagnostic session" today. Did not matter which setting I tried to enable. Even ones I knew would work failed. To fix, I backed all the way out like I normally would then "force closed" the program. Reconnected and everything worked fine after.

The wiring was already in place.
You can see the wires populated in the beginning of the following thread.

https://www.ramforum.com/threads/2016-atc-and-heat-cool-seats-wheel-problem.116456/#post-1674467
That's what I figured. Deer Guy reminded me we're missing two wires that go from the yellow seat plug to the actual door module which is most likely causing the memory seat module not to function. I installed the harness for my seats but it does not have that wiring. Going to take a closer look at it tomorrow. When are the question is do you have the option to turn off your memory seat function in your radio settings? I'm also a little nervous because I've enabled my Tillt In reverse function with my mirrors but I can't even set it in the radio I just turns itself back off. I have gone in and checked and both my mirror memories are set so I'm not sure what's going on because it seems to work for other people. I'm hoping it doesn't affect me trying to possibly get my memory seat working.

Has anybody figured out how to add the button to view the rearview camera while driving in the 2015s? I'm not sure it's possible but figured I'd ask.

I haven't found anything looking through the settings but it seems like some of the companies that sell rear camera retrofit kits have been able to add the button in the "Control" area in Uconnect.

If I am not mistaken the CSM is in there for it, but cannot confirm. Hopefully someone who has will report back.

Edit: Let me do some digging and I'll get back to you.

Quick note for everyone waiting a few key cycles to see new options. You can restart the radio and see new options right away.

Hold the driver side temperature up and down together for a few seconds and it will take you into the engineering menu. From there select "Reset radio" which will restart it. *WARNING* There is also a factory reset in the menu so be careful not to hit that one instead of the regular reset.

I've looked through a few times now and still don't see anything that would make me think that it would turn on that option. May need to start turning things on and see what pops up.

Careful with that. I only turn things on that I know what they’re for and either have installed or have prior knowledge of others using.

I have found the settings, give me a few minutes and I’ll post it up.

I figure most of the items to turn on/off the CSM menu items should be pretty harmless. I've been pretty good so far with what I'm changing.

I've been comparing settings between other cars to get an idea what combinations produce what features. I'm using this tool to turn on the vented seats option in my GC limited along with a few other items.

There have been no issues so far with any of the CSMs enabled. Here's a screenshot of 2 of the CSMs that are enabled on my 16'.

Thank you, I'll have to check to see if I have rear camera CSM. I don't recall seeing it but may have missed it. I recall seeing all the other items just not the "rear camera" menu item. I have an early MY2015 Laramie btw.

I've went through the settings quite a few times, it is very easy to skip over something.

I'm trying to get a pin out of the BCM from one my FCA engineer buddies to see what can be added when wiring changes are also an option.

Share your findings please, I'm still trying to learn the differences between 8.4 radio years for video inputs.

That's actually on the list of items I am asking him for. I need to get GC seat wiring diagrams, BCM pin outs, and UConnect pin outs. TIPM pin outs probably wouldn't be bad to get either.

Got my MX yesterday and I've been poking around this afternoon using the Demo version of AlphaOBD. (Starting BCM file shared with GR, it should be available in the shared drive shortly).

I was looking at all of the mirror options and I found something odd. I have a manual rear view mirror and neither the original side mirrors nor the Trail Ridge tow mirrors I replaced them with are the electrocromatic type, yet I have the following items set:

Code:
ECU Qualification:
   EC Mirror Present: Yes

Vehicle Config 3:
   Interior EC Mirror Present: Set

Doors Configuration:
   Electro-chromatic driver mirror present: Set
   Electro-chromatic passenger mirror present: Set

It's not causing any trouble that I can see and I suspect that the options may have been turned on by the ODB Genie that I used to enable the power folding mirrors. Short of asking my dealer to reset the BCM, I don't know of a way to tell for certain.

So, on to the actual reason I was looking at the mirror options:

Last fall, shortly after I bought the truck I swapped the manual folding regular mirrors for a set of Power Folding Tow Mirrors with puddle lights and turn signals. The mirrors are Trail Ridge brand from 1AAuto, I swapped the door modules and the driver door switch and used an ODB Genie to enable them.

Everything works except the mirror adjustment controls do not reflect the mirrors being turned up into tow position. i.e., up/down moves the mirror right/left, etc. when in tow position. I contacted ODB Genie at the time and they swore up and down that their code set the Tow Mirror option and that the problem must be with the mirrors. Then they offered to double check with tech support and get back to me. That was about 10 months ago and they never got back to me. Now today, playing with my shiny new toy, I see this in the Door Module config:

Code:
Doors Configuration:
   Tow Mirror Present: Not set
   Blindspot Mirror Present: Not set

So, I'm thinking that the ODB people are full of $#!t and their device did not set for tow mirrors, only for power folding/puddle/turn lights. But I'd like to be a little more certain before I change things so:

Does anyone have a BCM file from a truck with FACTORY Tow Mirrors that I can compare to mine?

I've looked at the ones in the shared folder, but I can't tell if they had factory tow mirrors.

Thanks,
-K

Interesting option I spotted:

Code:
CBC Features Configuration:
Side Mirror Repeaters used as side markers: Not set

I wonder if this will cause the mirror mounted turn signals to function as running lights and if so, if it's an "instead of being turn signals" or "in addition to being turn signals". I've seen a guy on FB selling a wiring kit that does the later. Anyone play with this one yet?
