Sounds like the TIPM went out. Had a similar issue, my truck was throwing all kinds of engine codes, sometimes would start sometimes not. When it would start it couldn't throttle to move, sometimes it would rev sometimes not.

So you guys are saying unhook both terminals on the battery, and touch them? Im not being a smartass by any means, that just doesnt make sense since no connections are made wirh a battery.
I thought to reset the computer, you just have to have the positive and negative unhooked for 20 minutes to clear codes?
you are draining all the capacitors by (zip tie the two terminals together for a couple hours, over night to be extra sure. Only takes a few mins and you can zip off to work or whatever) but the negative is chassis grounded all the time and the stored energy in all the caps will drain out. thats the theory EXCEPT, if a relay is in between that you arent doing anything to affect it. leave switches on to keep continuity threw every circuit, etc. and the whole time youll be wondering what could still be an open circuit right now not getting deenergized.

that poor TIPM gets a bad rap, the ungodly amount of misdiagnosed TIPMs is crazy. when it was just a module, or RF HUB reset. Buy Alfa obd and dodge the dealer as much as it will let you.

The OP ever figure it out? I'm having the same problem today.

Funny part was that it's going in and out. one minute the dash lights are all on then the next it's back to normal..

Same thing happening to me right now, I’m blaming my mechanic cause this happened immediately after they remove my dash to replace my heater core, first the EPS light would come on then they fixed that by fixing the brake sensor , now all dash lights are on and wind shield wipers won’t go off.

Anyone find a fix to this? I have a 2010 5.7 and my dash/warning lights are going crazy. Headlights flashing off and on. Wipers on. It's a dam nightmare. Battery is only 2 months old and cost an arm and a leg. Have an aftermarket POS stereo in it that was there when I bought it. It's done this sporadically over the last 5 years but ever lasts long, this time its doing it worse and for longer than ever before. Any help at all? I am desperate right now and don't have a grand to throw in it.

Any help is appreciated.
