AMI Swing Step Grille Guard

Does anyone have experience with this grill guard? How is the build quality? Were you able to use your stock tow hooks with it?

If the build quality is good it would be nice for climbing up under the hood. Its a long way in there with my 2500 and I don't like leaning over the sides to reach in. Seems to always scratch up the paint.

I pulled the trigger since it was the only bull bar i could find that didn’t mount under the bumper and sacrifice ground clearance. I had those before on my previous Rams and it always annoyed me. The quality is much better than i was expecting and its fairly solidly mounted. It was a little challenging installing the brackets and had to trim the plastic tow hook air dams a litte but overall was about an hour or so to do it right. Once tightened the brackets are about 2 mm from the edges of each tow hook.
