Another HID thread please help

OK guys I have a 2010 Ram 1500 sport with quad lights. I'm looking to do HID fogs and lows...what kit can I run that won't cause flicker or any other issues? I can't find a straight answer....

Go there and get some Canbus ballasts. I have just canbus ballasts no extra wiring just plug and play. Haven't had any issue in the quads in my 13 and still have the same ballasts just swapped bulbs for my 14 projectors.
