OK let me appologize in advanced because I know your sick of NOOBs with LED issues.
1 - I have already done all of the LED programming in Jscan
2 - I have the quad headlights and replaced only the HI Beam. Low Beam, and turn signals in the front with LED bulbs
3 - Everything is working properly except the driver side high beam
So heres my problem. When I check the voltage at the connector I get 12v, but when I plug in any bulb (LED or Halogen) the voltage drops to 4v. Disconnect the bulb and back to 12v. What do I need to do?
