Another uConnect 8.4 issue

I have a 13 Big Horn with 8.4", Alpine stereo, no nav. A few months back I updated to the latest software, and everything was fine since. Four days ago, I started the truck up, the loading screen appeared, and then it just turned blank. I tried the soft reset 20 times, it just stays at the Ram/XM logo screen. Disconnected the battery, touched the positive to the neg terminal, waited 10 minutes, still nothing. My backup camera still works correctly. Any suggestions?

I would try putting update on a memory stick and it may correct issue. I have my old 2013 radio and a newer 2015 radio, since my truck had uconnect deleated from factory(Hawaii ordered truck) I have had to do manual updates and never had a issue on either radio, but I stopped updating my 2013 8.4 radio just before the 17.### update since I bought the 2015 nav radio and seen no reason to update.

I tried the USB stick again. Nothing, just sat at the loading screen.

I won't be taking it to a dealership. By the time they look at it and tell.me I need a new radio, it will be cheaper if I just buy one and replace it.
