What are you doing with your truck to deter thieves? I live in **** head central and worried mine will be stolen and sent to the chop shop.
Anti-theft?

I like that idea. Been worried about this myself as I keep spending a lot of money fixing up my truck, and I know I’ll be screwed if it’s stolen and the insurance won’t pay for near what I’ve got into it... Also I just love my truck and don’t want it stolen. I already learned what that’s like once with a pristine low mileage 1998 Cherokee.

A John Deere lawn mower seat safety switch wired to C4 under the seat ! Sit in the seat and lose your *** ! Not enough to blow up the truck.
In all seriousness though, a switch like in my JD lawn tractor seat, disabling it from running would do the trick especially if it were wireless ! or going to the phone so that you have to use the phone to start it.
