Anyone around that knows about how the headlights work?

I just got a2014 ram 1500 with an aftermarket bumper that doesn't have any obvious make it origin. It has built in led lights. No switch that I can find to control them. They appear to work with the headlights but they don't turn off and when they do turn on they do so randomly and intermittently. I need to know what to look for and where to look to fix this.1000000475.jpg

Welp I said f it and just went after it with the minimal information I could find. Here's what I found and I'm only updating because there bound to be someone like me in the future with the same issue.

There is a relay in line with both sides that was really hot and corroded. I unplugged it and the lights turned off. It's like to clean it and try to keep using it but I'm going to do the smart thing and just replace it. It's that doesn't fix it, I'll be back to update

Did someone wire them to be triggered off of the headlight harness? There is no switch anywhere?
