Hey all, about a month ago I bought the Directed 4X10 Digital Remote Start Module & THCHC3 T-Harness & XKLoader2 from doug on ebay.He seemed somewhat recommend here.I got it all installed and even added the DSM300 SmartStart to it. I had a couple issues flashing it all but after a couple of times it all worked out. I did a lil expirement and ended up blowing the 10amp fuse on my Diagnostic port (OBDII). I ended up fixing that but it seems after disconnecting everything from the OBDII (the 4x10 module and my T2 tuner) and disconnecting the battery to replace the fuse that the 4x10 got messed up, by that I mean it thinks the keys are wrong when you try and remote start it. Mind you this happened twice during inital programming. I know what the fix is, just need to reflash it.

This is where my trouble is now. I reached out to doug on eBay, he finally got back to me yesterday and informed me that he no longer has access to the directed website (flashing..etc.). That I needed to reach out to Directed too find a Dealer that could help me. There is no one in my immediate area. This really sucks, as now I will probably have to pay someone to do this. Would anyone here know someone that has access to their online flash module?

In almost the same boat, bought it from him and it got delivered on Wednesday but I hadn't heard anything from him about the password to flash it. Just heard back last night that he no longer has access and I could return it for a refund. Unfortunately my local Bestbuy doesn't do car audio installs, may have to take a drive to the nearest one that does I suppose.

Dang that sucks! Hope you find someone to do it for you, cheaply or free. Best Buy hooked it up, free. But I think the guy running the install shop is a nice guy. Did you look on the directed site to see all nearby dealers?
