Auto Cooling and Heated Seats

Hey guys, in the winter when it's really cold my heated seats automatically come on to the high setting. But in the summer they automatically come on the the low setting.
Is there a way for my cooling seats to automatically come on the high setting?

unfortunately there is no way of changing the cooling seats to high when the automatically turn on, also what temperature they turn on is not adjustable, same goes for heating
