If by auto park, you mean when it goes into park while the door is open and your foot is off of the brake - then the easiest way is to get a seat belt extender and leave it plugged into the seat belt or plug the seat belt in behind you.

Unfortunately it is to keep the brake pedal applied.
Buying a short rigid seatbelt extender is the easiest route to defeat the auto-park.
If your asking because you open the door while backing up, learn to use your mirrors properly. I say this not because you could fall out of the truck but because an innocent truck door could be damaged.

The only other way, if you have the door open, is to keep your foot on the brake while applying the gas - not the safest of situations depending on what you are doing.
I usually need to open the door to see going up a ramp.

The entire purpose of this feature is to prevent someone from exiting the vehicle driver seat with it running and NOT in park -so the vehicle doesn't move and hit something/someone.

It's happened more often than you would think.
