backup camera not working after uconnect update

My uconnect had an update which was related to media and rear camera. After the scheduled update--not really sure it actually happened, the backup camera stopped working. It actually stopped working at the same time the message came to schedule to update. Is there a fix for this?

Try disconnecting earth from battery and reconnect after 15 min.
