Backup Screen is Dark

2018 Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel the back up screen has turned dark. Any advice on what to try to get the screen back to normal. TIA

is your backup screen separate from your head (radio) unit, or the same screen? Mine did that, is the same screen and a new camera fixed it.

So mine would go black, scrambled or green. I read to pull the connection, clean with some electronics cleaner, reseat and zip tie it more securely then it is around the metal it attaches to.
Mine has been working perfectly for months now.
Mine is a 2016 1500 so it might be different not sure tho.
