I had my son install the Banks Monster intake and a Diesel Solutions 60261 tuner module. I got 26-27 mpg return trip from Reno to Rock Springs, WY and the throttle response was exceptional running at the 90+ hp position. (750 miles) That was four days ago. Today I started the truck and drove across town and got a dash message to take the truck to a dealer and have the exhaust serviced. I came home and moved the tuner back to the stock position and drove 10 miles at highway speed (70 mph) and the message did not come back on. Should I worry or what recommends do you all have?

Call Diesel Solutions and ask them. That's what I'd start with. In the end, I'd not run any tuner B-S module with Emmissions intact. Its asking for trouble and it sounds like you found it. If you're running intact Emmissions while "fuel pinching" trying to get best MPGs and not towing, its a recipe for problems.
Truck needs to run hard and at temp to keep the system clean. What you're doing is clogging it up faster.
Good luck .

OP, if you’re running a non-emissions tune without deleting your emissions systems then you’re going to have problems. As you have discovered, unfortunately.
The Banks intake was, unfortunately, a waste of money. Better less expensive solutions are available.
