OUCH! Glad you're ok. Have you tried driving it yet? Hopefully it is just cosmetic.

Glad your ok. I’ve got some Rigid DOT fogs that are a white light. I have a set of amber covers I put on if and when we get fog.

Do any of you guys know if our trucks can be towed with a two-wheel dolly? Trying to figure out my options to get it home if it's not drivable I'm waiting on a ride to get to the towing company now to see if I can get it and pick it up

If it’s 4x4 and you can put the transfer case in neutral I don’t see why you couldn’t tow it on a dolly. As long as the rear axle is in good shape.

Sorry about your truck, it’s always been one of my favorites. Glad you are okay.

Yellow fogs and slow driving work great for me. I know they're not as cool but I tried the white LED fogs and they were pretty but they didn't do **** otherwise. Glad you're OK and hopefully you can get the truck repaired.

Let me second this (the nearest 'town' is called Mist for a reason...)

Low amber lighting is the way to go; I've been known to turn off the headlights and just use the parking/running lights in extreme conditions, going maybe 10mph until things break up a bit.

Not driving it home, rear spring got pushed out booku warning lights, service airbag, abs, electronic breaking. It's pretty F'd adjuster estimated 12k I'm thinking closer to 20k. Should I have a dealer do this work or another reputable shop? 886ac4c21532311d63bc70a69da65428.jpge23e07bbda29c451b4558b7462211e7d.jpgadf41c509cef87ac3c526313997890a4.jpg66628afcf70f208f8c927f3098e31a99.jpg56d26bb31360f1e0a0451a14abfd1dd1.jpg

I gotta ask... when you went in, did you try to correct back onto the road? We're trained (oilfield driving safety) to actually continue into the ditch and stop slowly when we "drop a tire" specifically to avoid the rollover, even if we end up further in the puckerbrush.

And on a related aside....

Same here........fog & snow -> amber lighting down low is best....no glare to blind you

There wasn't much shoulder there, by the time I realized I wasn't on pavement it already started to tip. It was loose saturated ground down into a quick drop. It all happened so quick, I didn't know what the F was happening cause I could barely see

You walked away in one piece, that is priceless. The truck can be fixed. We look forward to seeing you back in your truck soon. Be well.

I guess to me, who fixes it would depend on if your going to keep it after it has been fixed. If your going to keep it I'd take it to whoever would do the best job and someone you trust. If your going to sell it or trade it after it's fixed then I would just go to whoever was the easiest to deal with. Glad your OK--I understand how **** can happen fast---really fast.

Sorry you are going through this. If it truly gets to 20k, wouldn't it be considered total loss by the Insurance?
