I have a 2018 Sport that the rear bed lights stay on until they kill the battery. Does anyone know which switch or module I need to replace.

I had that happen when I inadvertently hit the button below as the lights aren't visible with a bed cover. There is also a light that shows on the dash when the battery isn't dead.

Are these bedlights OEM?

My '21 Warlock has the cargo light switch identified by Rav3ncroft and a weatherproof switch in the box on the driver's side.

Both of these switches should be tested or isolated.

Rear driver's side bed light with on/off switch below.

You should have both switches. Keep us posted if you find a resolution as I'm sure it'll help others at some point.
