Has anyone tried using Air Lift Helper bags with the wagging issue? If so, did it help?

I don't think it would really help. The issue is associated w/ a change in operating angles, no sense in over thinking it.
If it worked w/ the panhard bar at "x" degrees to the rear end housing
and the tires centered under the chassis, then it needs to be there after the drop.

kinda sucks that a couple poorly engineered kits are making it seem like lowering will ruin you truck :-(

I think I'm going to put my rear end back to stock, take some measurements then put the drop back on. I don't know what else to do right now except throw money at it.

I think that is a good idea. Make special note of angle of panhard bar. When you lower it you should get as close to that angle as possible. Use relocator bracket and maybe drill new hole on frame side. Then make sure rear axle is centered. Best to take to alignment shop or I used a 4' level across wheel and made measurement at end and got it exactly the same on both sides.

So even with just a 2'' drop in the rear, it will need some realignment of the panhard bar?

I have a 2" rear drop and if anything is misaligned, its really hard to tell - plus I haven't run into any issues whatsoever.

Even with a 2" drop the rear axle is off center 3/8". If you push the truck hard you can feel it. I notice these things since I raced cars for 18 years, so I had to get it right. Now it is good in corners and over 100 mph.

What happens to these trucks when towing? Does having a load behind the truck make the same effects with the rear end? It seems if the rear was squatting, that it would throw the alignment of the rear end off as well.

There are other threads all over the forums about the "wag" issue. When you go lower, you throw the whole 4 link out of whack. Not to mention the stock setup isn't so fantastic itself.

Anyone with a stock RT that can measure the angle of the stock bar? I'm going to make a custom bar next that is a thicker material due to the slight flex I see in the Spohn bar.

I'm switching pieces one at a time until I figure this out. I have video of what is actually happening when we feel this and it is quite scary.

I can't help with your question, but I just sent Spohn an email with a request for a longer adjustment screw. When I was getting the thrust angle zeroed out the bar got kind of loose feeling until the jam nuts were locked down. It just seems that under the right forces the Spohn bar "might" be able to pop apart. Maybe you can send Spohn your video so they can see the flexing.
