Did a search but not much came up, but curious on thoughts on the best 4G tablet or phone holder for the 2009-2012 Ram 1500.
I found this, and this seems like it may be a good option, even says RAM which is kind of neat (RAM clips), heh!
Alternatively, I also found this from proclips:
I am in Houston, so heat could be a serious issue since there's no AC-vent blowing on it and sun hits it, as ideally I'd like to use my 4G iPad Pro 4 permanently mounted, which in that location I could use it for:
1) GPS guidance
2) Media controller for music and what not through AUX
3) Dashcam with appropriate app, since the camera would be able to see over hood
4) Front camera using a license plate camera mount up front and wireless transmitter (can't see over the hood when trying to park really close)
Alternatively, if that's maybe too big and distracting, I have a Galaxy S9 but could be annoying slapping it on there every time I drive.
I don't think I can use a mount that covers up my uConnect 6"ish screen, since it would cover my backup camera which I know of no way to make it output to a tablet. Thoughts?
