Personally I'd look for an M1. They are hard to find since they are no longer manufactured but for the simplicity of install I'd go that route.

Any four barrel tb with a 4150 carb base will mount to it. The tps and iac can still be used but from my understanding sometimes they have to be rewired for different sensors other than Chrysler sensors.
