Update:

Took the family on vacation, so heres what I got done before the trip. The components, 6x9's, and PPI 520.4 amp all installed. Sounds great, just have to figure out what is causing the 6.5's to pop. I think it may be the 1/4" baffles flexing. But I havent had a chance to remove door panels and inspect.
