Since the install of my new rims, my old brakes look kinds of whimpy. Does anyone know the specs and dealer for a new larger set of brakes?

Are you thinking about doing a complete brake system upgrade? Calipers and all?

If you're just looking for a rotor/pad upgrade I'd probably look at Baer Brakes for a mild upgrade. Full systems will be pretty pricey though lol.

Edit: I got curious so I had a look around. Check out http://www.moes-performance.com/Big_Brake_Kits_s/1898.htm

I'd like to upgrade my calipers/rotors/pads on my 2014.
I've not looked into what's factory installed so I'm not sure what the upgraded calipers consist of. If they are 4 piston I'd like 6 piston etc...
The obvious will be vented/drilled/slotted rotors.

There really no is big bigger brake upgrade unless you spend some big bucks on SSBC, Brembo, Wilwood etc..

SRT10 brakes from what I read can be done, but again not cheap.

Getting better pads will make a nice difference.
Trust me I just got 22s and I wanted bigger brakes too, but there's nothing affordable.

You could get you some of those...................(laughing inside hysterically)......(choked on spit-sorry)......those......those inside the wheel covers........ya know, the ones that all the cars with twanky sixes have on them. Have em painted lime green or purple or something. Then no one will ever notice the little bitty brake rotors. LMAO. Sorry couldn't resist.

Everyones already got it.

Besides rotors what are ya gonna do unless you swap calipers and all.

I believe stock rams have 4 piston fronts, 2 rears. *I think*

I feel my brakes have good bite actually, the one or two times Ive REALLY had to use them. But like everyone else, once the 22's are one they look kinda wimpy.

I just up graded my pads and rotors to drilled and slotted and green stuff 7000. They work great.
I guess I'm looking at increasing the size of my rotors, I'm really not wanting to go the whole Brimbo, Willwood brake job. I'm not wanting to sell a kidney to get my brakes bigger.
I've got a few other more important mods ahead of this one. My truck stops really well now. The rotors just look small with these new rims.

Stock have 2 pistons front and 1 piston rear.

I agree these brakes do feel good stock. I was surprised when I first got the truck. As much as I want big brakes for looks, there not worth it to me especially since this wont be a race truck.

I looked into these also, a huge problem was no brake shop around here wanted to install them, lol. If you have tires near stock height within 2 or 3 inches, there really isn't any reason to have them other then looks. I was in an almost accident so harsh I had a pinched nerve in my neck, but thanks to the anti lock stock brakes I didn't hit that f'n fool that pulled out in front of me on the freeway.

My boss has 16 inch brakes on his Ram. I'll have to ask him who makes them.

5700 for a front or rear system is insane, I guess 6r calipers are too though.

I'm just interested in better quality rotors and pads. Would consider new calipers also for that custom look. 5700 is WAY out of my reach and way overkill for my needs.

Can you just mount the rotors without moding the calipers?

You guys got me thinking.

I'm wondering if we can swap the brembos from the 2014 ProMasters on our vehicles with little to no modification?

They come with 16 inch rotors and dual pistion brembos front and rear.

I think this might be worth looking into.

I wonder how modification they used when they put the GC SRT brakes on the Ram at SEMA? I know it was listed as having them.
