I think its probably these damn tires thats giving me fits. I have to run 48 psi so i only get a slight high speed vibe . I am really thinking about doing my usual sell the 20s and go 17s. Then I can get an 8ply tire and more sidewall like my previous 4 RCSB Rams with no vibes and only 35psi w/35s. keep that in mind when go for tires. Problem I found is anything larger the OE tires in a 20 is E rated.

Yeah, I'm finding the same E and F rating on all the brands I'm looking at, even the 305 55's
My experience has been... less sidewall = less vibration from out of roundness and mass. Had 22's on the last truck with 305 45's and was very happy.
But I have had the dreaded vibration issues with several major and not so major brands. Just luck of the draw or Wednesday tires I think.
So... the search goes on...

I found a couple 325/60/20 D rated one they quit making if it was any good to begin with, Falken wildpeak AT and Maxxs Bighorn which I had on my Jeep at one time and really liked them. In 17s I found General AT2 and Cooper discoverer st , all are 35s. Problem I found is with the 20s I need to run about 48lbs int them which makes them like rocks and you feel every little rock too. If I lower it I get Vibes at high speed which I never had in a BFG AT or MT 15" or 17. All had 28-35psi which was more than enough psi in every half ton short bed reg cab I have had since the mid 70s which is well over a dozen with 15s or 17 in 33 or 35". 3 different road force balance machines say my existing BFG are fine so I am writting it off as a 10 ply issue which is not needed on a half ton. I have no issue going 17 but I hate to spend good money on a wheel I don't like the looks of not that I can pick out many aftermarket 20s either.

Yeah, of the 325 60 20's I liked the Pirelli Scorpions the best, but they run 35.5" and 12.8 width that kind of squishes them on my stock wheels.
And I'd most likely need that BL so they didn't look stuffed.
Decisions..., decisions... decisions...
