I bought 5100s for my 2014 1500 Bighorn that came factory with the "off-road package" which my understanding is the 1'' front lift. I assume that is what this silver spacer is above the spring.

How does this affect the stated ride height adjustments listed on the 5100s?

Im used to the spacer being above the top hat not below it.

5100 setting + 1" spacer = total lift.

It's definitely a different style of spacer compared to most but I don't know what else it would be.

But if dont use the spacer, does the spring still net the amount of lift advertised at each clip location?

Putting the shock in to the lowest setting and without the spacer will put you at normal, non lifted ride height. So if you remove the spacer you would need to set it to 1" just to stay where you are now.
