I had a slight rake with my 5100 at 1.4. But from certain angles it just didn't look right to me. So I added 3/4" spacers to the rear springs. And yes that was an older rcx kit when they still have you springs with the kit. I personally didn't care for the rcx kit. And wouldn't buy another. I would do a BDS kit next time. Alittle more money but whatever. With the rcx kit I had a shimmy in the rear end on take off. Drove me nuts. They eventually made me a custom set of adjustable rear upper trailing arms. Which I actually never used because once o put the spacers in the shimmy went away. Must have changed the geometry just enough back there to fix it. Yet another reason I would stay away from rcx the second time. BDS kits just seem engineered better. But what do I know.

And I personally wouldnt max out 5100's. You start getting into high cv angles. Which will cause you problems. Unless you buy high angle cv joints.

You can develop a cv wobble with them at a such a high angle. I've seen on friends trucks. I've had numerous lifted trucks and sometimes it happens. If you do them with a lift kit the kits spindles help to keep that angle in check. Nothing guaranteed though. But whatever.

Rcx kit come with a preload spacer so the most you could do is set bills at 0.7 and the preload spacer

Well, I think I've finally decided on what I'm going to go with for this project. Let me know what you guys think:

Zone D21N 6" suspension lift kit with 5" coils
Fuel Vapor D560 wheels 20x10 with -18 offset
Toyo Tires Open Country M/T 35x12.50x20 tires
Bilstein 5100 front shocks

I Was also thinking of getting like, 1" rear coil spacers for the rear so when I do load her up a little, my nose won't be real high in the air. I don't mind having the rear up a little higher than the front but I wanted t get the maximum lift I can out of the kit/bils. Let me know what you guys think!

Yeah, ditch the preload spacers if you're gonna be running Bilstein's.

That'll be a good setup. The only thing I'm thinking is the 35's might look a bit small though, especially if you decide to add rear spacers and set the Bilstein's above 1.4".

Why ditch the pre-loaded spacers?

To keep your rake in check when loaded, look into a set of airbags.
