Bouncing

I have 2014 1500 with w/101 miles. Lately, it's been like driving a tank with all the bouncing. It's currently in the shop, but trying to do some research into the cause.
I read it could be shocks/air suspension / replacement air suspension kit.....etc. Any thoughts on this issue and estimated cost range? Some people have posted a cost of 3k + yikes !
