brake light pulse

I just recently installed a headache rack with additional led brake/turn/parking lights. I have now noticed that every 52 seconds exactly that my right led stop light will pulse. Doesn't matter if it is locked, unlocked, etc. I see nothing from the factory turn lights, only the new led's. Hope someone has an answer for why this happens and hopefully a cure.

And to add, I wired directly to the rear taillight housing when running the new led lights.
