One of my guys at work just blew a rubber brake line/hose on his f150 and ended up in a field, luckily without hitting anything. Thing just popped!
Got me thinking about the brake lines on my truck. Approaching 400k miles of HARD driving, the last quarter million of which it has had larger aftermarket brakes. Probably time to replace the soft brake lines/hoses that connect hard lines to calipers.
Since I’ll be going thru the trouble, might make sense to go with some quality stainless braided lines. Anybody know who makes a proper stainless brake line “kit” for our trucks?
If not will go with OE rubber...
