I have had good luck with EBC Extra Duty pads. Had pads from several top line brands on my 2016 2500 6.7L and they all squealed. I have 20K miles on the EBC and never a peep from them. They do produce more dust than ceramics but they are quite and don't fade when towing my 15K LB horse trailer.

Alright, will check it out thanks Nick!

you're welcome. Keep in mind the 2500 package is a bit more expensive due to the much more stout brake setup for the HD trucks.

Completely Understandable.

Stock brakes handle stopping fine, I went with nicks geomet regular rotors and posi quiet pads on my 3500, they stop the truck plenty fine. To give you an idea, hotshot guys run stock mopar setup for 300-400k with no issues stepping well over 30k in weight, factory will have no issue with 10-11k

Unless you want to spend about 1k just some better pads from ebc or stoptech will help. Ssbc makes some billet 8 piston calipers for our truck. I have a 2 piston set on my second gen 1500 and they have been great. Going on 15 years with no issue.

My pads were fine, I ordered this package from @Nick@GotExhaust specifically because I was so sick of the squealing virtually since day 1. It made me nuts.
I can’t say enough about this kit, it stops quickly, it’s smooth, it looks nice and it has rust protection. Highly recommended.
