planning on installing a bull bar on my 2015 express,have done a search and found no clear answer
my QUESTION
dOES ANY ONE MAKE A BULL BAR THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE UTTING OR DRILLING IN THE FASCIA ???

I've never seen one.... all the ones I've looked into about installation mount the same and require removal/cutting of the lower fascia.

I really like thr looks of the rough country bull bar. It shows fitment up to 2014. I contacted RC asking what changed that it won't fit 2015. Got a reply saying they cannot confirm fitment since they haven't had a truck to test fit one on.

If I'm not mistaken,most don't require that you cut it but rather remove the lower black plastic air dam. You can cut that easily replaceable piece or leave it off entirely. They mount to the tow hook mounting locations and a good kit will come with brackets to be used with or without tow hooks.

In other words, they don't go through the fascia, but from under the fascia.

Here's a pic of my bar if you remove the lower fascia and cut holes for the bar to come through. I have more if you need more clarification...
