Bumper Panel

So some a$$hole decided to back into me the other day and broke my westin light bar in the front of my truck. The repair shop told me that they have to replace the front bumper panel (where the tow hooks protrude from). My question to anyone on the forum is: Is there a pre cut panel available for the express/sport bumpers? (the single piece bumper same color as body)
If so, is there a part number?

If its the painted bumper, those guys trim out the holes for tow hooks... Did you buy it that way or something?

nope, I took the panel out and used a Dremel to cut out the holes bc my truck didnt come with tow hooks.

No there is not a pre-cut panel for painted fascias.
