Which cam would give my 2nd gen a nice lope with using stock valve springs ?

You’ll want a cam with a narrow lobe separation angle, 104-108 range. Not typical with stock valve-train, so you’ll want to call comp or crane for a custom grind. The pcm and your brakes may not like it, so I’d recommend really researching this before you pull the trigger. Also, your performance will likely decrease. The lopey motors you like, use high lift cams and non stock heads and rotating assemblies.
