Can't get mirror dimmer icon to show up with alpha obd

Added a auto dimming mirror rear view to my 20 classic it works but I can't get the icon to show up on the 8.4 uaq.travel link no problem even added the screen on off icon no problem.enabled mirror enabled icons and enabled customer prefered something.still nothing.any ideas

These are the two settings I changed when I added one to my 2014.

Vehicle Config 3:
Interior Electrochromic Mirror Present: Yes
Cust.Prog.Features:
EC Mirror Auto-Dimming Enabled: Enabled

Thanks.will try just those two.i realy don't want to have a dealer add code "if its even possible on a tradesman"since the vehicle info app and everything works on the uaq. I don't want them to screw anything up.i mean if it works but of course it would be nice to have the icon

Thanks.did them again 1 at a time with a key cycle and it showed up today.also had to enable uconnect access buttons to get the ones on the mirror to work.everything 100% now.i probably should have got the mirror without buttons since the 911 and assist buttons are on the radio also.

Did you get the ‘Controls’ app to show up in your radio of is the auto dim just a stand along app? I’m in the same boat but for the life of me cannot get it to show up in the radio. Mines a ‘19 Classic with the UAS radio.

Yes.got it in control app also.i am thinking I had to enable mirror hard key present or something to that effect.with my alpha obd I have to wait sometimes after changing a setting for it to say procedure complete before leaving that option.
