So I installed my oil catch can. First time starting it up I get a check engine light. P0113, intake air temperature circuit high input. I checked the iat sensor and its connected. Anyone else have this issue and know how to resolve it? I put the original line back in to see of that helped, but I still had the fault. Thank you.

I just recently installed mine as well. And had a lot of baryimg temps but no lights. So maybe a connector thats not reading right or not getting a good connection? Double check all plugs/wires again, and both ends, maybe you pulled by accident.

I don't know what wires you may be talking about. None of my catch cans ever had any wires associated with them?????????
Jay

After I installed mine, it collected the oil blow-by in the PCV system, and my throttle body and intake manifold were cleaner . . . but wiring that thing up was a pain in the ass.

It was the iat sensor wire you have to remove to take the air intake hose off. It seems to have fixed itself. Went out and started it this morning and it was gone. I think it might just have been disconnecting the sensor that caused the fault.

I've found on these trucks disconnecting the battery when you're plugging and unplugging stuff prevents headaches. I replaced my drivers side power window switch and it didn't work until I disconnected and reconnected the battery so that tells me the systems are pretty fussy.
