Center cap removal

Without jabbing a screwdriver to investigate, I figured I'd check here first. Do I need to remove the wheel to get the center caps off of a 2014 or can I pry them off from the outside? Thanks!

Cool, I have one of those kits. Just didn't want to scratch anything up or take off the wheels if I didn't have to. Thanks!

Like Greygoose said; once you get behind them, they come out fairly easily. I'd definitely use a pick tool before a flat head screw driver. :D

That answered my question even though this is a 7 year old post. I'm glad they left it up. Seems like they can be stolen easier though. My wifes new Toyota RAV4 TRD, you have to take the wheels off.

I'm going with a chrome caps for now, while my black ones get the Ram painted red... then I'll see what looks best between the two and run with that. Or change for a different look from time to time. I'm also thinking of painting my fender wheel guards black for something different when I get new tires. You'll see why in these pics of my Ram:

i swapped mine out for some MOPAR M ones of a Dodge Challenger classic. I have a 21 Ram 1500. they fit with no problem.
