Nope, just use the factory batt. tray as a power distribution center like the pic shows. I moved the battery to help move my weight bias towards the rear. Need all the traction help I can get.

No, those are just the rods the box is suspended from.

I can still use the dist. blocks in the stock battery location as terminals if in an emergency.

Is there some kind of internal skeleton to that box, or is it just sheet metal? I'd worry that those washers would tear through the metal if the ride got rough.
GREAT idea though. I would have to use an ABS box with an exo-skeleton for support because of our winters (rust) but I really dig this.
