Well I went with bumpers, fender flares and grille all black .... I did it with plastidip to see if I like and I actually do, so I will now do it all with bedliner so that it holds up ...

I should be doing the bedliner in the next couple of weeks I am just getting my 60 gallon compressor wired up so I can spray it all myself ....


here is what it looks like ...

I think if you’re going with black flares and bumpers/grille....I’d do the lower per of the doors (the areas below the crease that goes down the whole side). It would tie them in so much nicer. I think it’d look great.

Obviously going to be hard to beat this truck below....but it shows a similar color as our trucks with the bottom side panels painted/wrapped black. I think it looks killer.

Ok you guys what do you guys think about the angles of my UCAs ?

It's a 7" maxtrac ... was wondering if I added a coil spacer to give me an extra inch or two and upgraded my UCAs with some uniball would it be ok ?

That Raptor liner looks great. Quick question, did you just scuff the surfaces, or did you use a chemical to etch the metal? Plastic I'd assume just scuffing lightly and cleaning.

I sanded the bumpers with a flap disc using my dewalt variable speed polisher using a nylon cup brush on everything .... on the bumpers I used their etching primer and on the fender flares the adhesive promoter ... on the bed i just used the nylon cup brush and some hand sanding on hard to reach places ...

Any areas that showed bare metal I sprayed with the etching primer as well ... I then cleaned it up again with degreaser and started spraying
