My phone book contacts never finish syncing, if i try to make a call it say's "the phonebook is syncing" and it never finishes. I look at the contacts list on the unconect screen and they are all there.
I have tried removing and adding the phone back in with no success.
Itt used to work fine.
2017 8.4 without navigation, iphone SE with 15.3 software, this has been happening through quite a few updates to the phone.
